WEDDING PHOTOSHOOT PACKAGE (KES 135,000)
Bridal Party (not exceeding 15pax)• Photo-session sites such as gardens, within the deck restaurant
overlooking the lake and giraffe sanctuary. Main house and Tonio annex
common areas are also available for photoshoot if not occupied by guests.
• Complimentary soft drink for the bridal party and canapés during the
photo-session
• 1 night accommodation for the bride and groom inclusive of breakfast in
our honeymooners suite
• Special room set-up with flowers
• A complimentary bottle of bubbly wine in the room
• Express check-in & check out for the couple

ENGAGEMENT PHOTOSHOOT PACKAGE (KES 60,000)
This includes:
• Exclusive use of the grounds for the shoot
• Complimentary lunch or dinner for the couple
Timings:
Kindly note that all photo shoots should take place during the two allocated
time slots. This will allow us meet and exceed your expectations as well as
maintain our standards.
Morning: 1000hrs to 1200hrs
Afternoon: 1500hrs to1700hrs

Guarantee:
In order to guarantee your reservation please deposit a non-refundable 25%
deposit on booking, and the rest will be required in line with our terms and
condition:
60 days prior to arrival -1st deposit 50% of total invoice
30 days prior to arrival – 2nd deposit 25% of total invoice
Total: 100% of the invoiced amount should be received 14 days prior to arrival
Reservations are subject to timely receipt of deposit.
Kindly send us a written confirmation 3 months before the event so that we
make a definite block for you.

Cancellation:
Should your agenda require altering any of the above mentioned dates, changes
which include cancellation should be communicated to the hotel at least 60
days prior to arrival. Belated amendments and cancellation will affect the
charges as mentioned below:
Above 60 days prior to arrival 20% deposit is not refundable
13 days or less and no shows 100 % charge applies on the entire booking value
