Our East African resident rates are available across all room and apartment categories, including Ocean View Rooms and spacious multi-bedroom residences. Guests can choose from flexible nightly rates or extend their stay with value-added packages including:

  • 3 Nights for the Price of 2

  • 4 Nights for the Price of 3

  • 7 Nights for the Price of 5

All stays are on a Half Board basis, inclusive of breakfast and dinner, and attract a 10% discount on spa treatments. Family-friendly policies allow children under 5 to stay free on half board, and reduced rates apply for children under 12.

  • Nightly accommodation on Half Board
  • Daily breakfast and dinner for both Hotel Rooms and Apartments.
  • Full access to our facilities including the botanical pool, fitness centre, tennis courts, and complimentary WiFi. 
  • Select offers include stay rewards such as “3 nights for the price of 2”, “4 for 3”, or “7 for 5”.
  • All guests receive a 10% discount at the Hemingways Spa and in-room amenities including coffee and tea-making facilities.
  • Spacious layouts, stunning Indian Ocean views, and personalised service round out the resident experience.
  • Offer valid for East African residents only (proof required)
  • Beverages and lunch are not included in Half Board
  • Additional spa treatments beyond 10% discount
  • Airfare and airport transfers (available separately)
  • Watersports, excursions, and premium activities
  • All extras for children under 5 years (meals, add-ons)

  • Two children below 12 years in own room pay 75% of the double room / under 5 years
    stays free on half board, all other extras/meals payable as per kids menu

  • Rates are quoted in Ksh, inclusive of government taxes, service charge and catering levy
  • Non-refundable deposit of 20% required to confirm reservation
  • Payment Terms: Full payment 30 days prior to check in
  • Cancellation within 13 days of travel or less will attract 100% cancellation fees
  • Proof of East African residency required upon reservation
